Service Description
Let the natural harmony of the outdoors expand and deepen your yoga practice! Allow yourself to be energized by fresh air, glistening sunlight, and rustling leaves during yoga under the trees. Yoga and Hiking offers the ideal combination of spectacular sights and soul-soothing rejuvenation. Join us for an all-level hike, followed by a mixed level flow yoga class and a relaxing savasana under the trees. Included: - 60 minute mixed-level Yoga class (beginners welcome!) - 60 minute hike through Voorhees State Park, High Bridge, NJ - Endless smiles & sun in your face What to Bring: - Yoga mat's are not provided. Please bring a mat and any blanket or towel you wish to lay under your mat. - Yoga mat strap (we will be hiking with our mats) - Please be mindful and dress weather appropriate as all classes are held outside. Layers are best. - Please wear suitable hiking shoes or sneakers. We do encounter some rocky terrain. - Other to bring: Water, SPF, Camera About the Hike: Rating: Easy to Moderate Hike. Trail path. One slight incline. 2 miles out and back - Suitable hiking shoes or sneakers are required. Notes: * All students will receive a follow up email once registered with the events information and meeting place. * PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS EVENT. NO WALK INS. CANCELLATION POLICY: All reservations must be cancelled 72 hours in advance for a full refund. Reservations cancelled after 72 hours will be issued a credit for another class.
Cancelation Policy
Cancellation Policy: * Cancellations must be made within 48 hours prior to class for refund. * Reservation cancellations after 48 hours OR no shows may receive credit for another event to be used within year of original class date. * In the event of cancellation due to weather, student is guaranteed a refund if not able to reschedule to another class. If student does not reply to change of class or refund email within one year of class date, the class is voided and a refund will not be given.
