TIPI YOGA - MIXED LEVEL
Join us out in nature in our NEW 36 ft. tipi surrounded by the scent and views of lavender at Mad Lavender Farm. We'll take in the fresh air through a Guided Mediation followed by a Zenful Vinyasa class surrounded by nature.
Of course there will always be room for playtime poses allowing the elements to guide you through your practice.
What to bring:
* Please dress weather appropriate
* Bring your yoga mat
* Water
* Props will be provided (blocks, blankets, straps)
Class Notes:
* The Tipi is heated with a propane heater in the cold months however,
please dress weather appropriate and bring your yoga mat.
